OSA Operating Standards
OSA produces Operating Standards for programs funded in connection with the Older Americans Act and Older Michiganians Act. These standards define the scope and quality of service which recipients can reasonably expect from any provider funded through the aging network. Also, OSA produces Area Agency on Aging Standards which provide guidelines for area agencies on aging in Michigan. All service standards have been approved by the Commission on Services to the Aging.
