OSA Online Reports

Area Agencies on Aging can submit the reports listed below from the miseniors.net website.  Each report contains a "submit" button, and once the report is completed it can be submitted securely using the links below.  Reports are due according to the following schedule: 

OSA Quarterly Waiting List Report - Due Quarterly

OSA Waiting List Management Report - Annual Report Due for 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year

Congregate Meal Site Report. - Annual Report Due for the 4th Qrt of Fiscal Year
