The Michigan Older American Community Service Employment Program, formerly the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), is designed to provide and promote useful part-time community service opportunities for low-income persons aged 55 and older. It also assists them in receiving experience and training necessary for employment in the private sector.
